Dumbo

I bought Peyton her Dumbo when she was five months old. I decided that she would sleep in her crib rather than in our bed, so she needed a friend. He became her “security blanket”. We even have a backup Dumbo in case we ever lost him. Peyton started preschool a few weeks ago. Just like every milestone in her life, she takes huge leaps. I’ve noticed she doesn’t tote Dumbo around as much. She doesn’t ask for him when she goes to bed. He was in Sean’s car for almost a week before she remembered he was there. My little girl is still little, but she is becoming more and more like a big kid every day.
